A creator, a visual thinker, and someone who believes that the hardest emotions deserve to be seen.
I am always making something. Painting, drawing, sewing, designing! If it is visual and creative, I am in my element. Mostly self-taught, because when you truly love something you just do it. You find a way. That has always been my approach to creativity and honestly, to life.
What drives me is a desire to visualize emotions, to take the things that are hardest to explain and give them shape, color, and story.
To make them softer to hold. To romanticize the hardships without running away from them.
My books are where I pour all of that. They are born from my own experiences, from the things I have lived through and struggled to put into words. Each one is an attempt to take something heavy and make it something beautiful, something that says to whoever is reading it: I see you. I have been there. You are not alone.
I think being heard is one of the most important things a person can feel.
That is what I hope to do.
